Ice Dams

When water is unable to run off it could start collecting in the channels of the gutters. During winters, when it gets collected there, there might be ice dams that are formed. These ice dams might not let the water flow out. It can also add to the weight of the channels and make them sag.

Flooded Basement

A flooded basement is a nightmare. Once you have cleaned out the basement, you would constantly live in the stress of it flooding again. However, the flooded basement bring foundational damage with them. As water keeps coming into the basement, it can cause the foundation to crack or leak. This is never a good sign. It can risk the integrity of the house and also put everyone’s life in danger.

Sagging Gutters
